RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For standard ready-to-wear items (sizes S, M, L), you may request an exchange or refund.

Due to the custom-made nature of our tailor-made pieces, these items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Every purchase of a tailor-made piece includes a right to size adjustment. If you need an adjustment, please contact us at eb@m-society.ch with the details of your request. We will work with you to ensure your item fits perfectly.
